Perhaps the biggest tip i’d give is to really get to know your camera.
Most people do not really know all of the controls available to them on their camera – what the controls are as well as how to use them. Modern digital slr cameras are incredibly powerful devices, packed with complex mechanics and advanced software designed to make it easier to take great photos, not harder! If you fail to take the time to learn how to use these things to your advantage you will no doubt fail to take the best possible photographs.
Get your shot right first time. Rather than firing off hundreds of digital shots take your time and get it right first time.
Never leave the house without spare batteries for your camera.
Hi,
My tip is to learn how to use your cameras manual mode. Doing so is not as hard as you think and will definitly improve your photography.
