Digital SLR Guru was set up in the Sping of 2009 with the sole aim to provide users of digital SLR cameras independent non bias reviews of Camera equipment along with tips and tutorials to help improve their photography.

The site is run by me James Kerr, an avid amateur photographer. Since taking up photography a couple of years ago i’ve spent many hours reading around the subject, talking to others and seeking ways to improve. My aim for this site is to allow me to share some of what I have learned along the way, allowing other to benefit from my experiences.

To help fund the costs of running the site we allow some advertising on the site and provide some affiliate links to Amazon, mainly on our product reviews.
